Senior Risk Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Officer - New Product & Change Risk (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise and operational risk by partnering with business stakeholders to conduct New Product and Change Risk Assessments
• Lead team development and governance practices, updating policies and improving risk assessment methodologies
• Facilitate risk education and compliance through training and communication plans across business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within banking or financial services
• Understanding of LFI standards and operational risk frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Archer or similar GRC platforms
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
