Senior Risk Officer - North Carolina

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Officer - New Product & Change Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to assess and manage risks associated with new products and changes
• Assist in training and development of team associates, while updating policies and procedures related to risk management
• Partner with business units to promote risk awareness and ensure compliance with program policies through training and communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within banking or financial services is preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and operational risk frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Archer or similar GRC platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
