Senior Risk Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To strengthen operational risk across Amex Offers, the full-time Senior Risk Operations Analyst will execute core operational excellence activities, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and maintain oversight of key governance and control processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational excellence and regulatory activities, tracking deliverables and follow-ups between partner teams
• Maintain centralized tracking of operational risk events and remediation plans, ensuring progress toward closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project tracking for new product governance and compliance initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and processes
• Experience in marketing operations, process improvement, or project management
• Familiarity with internal compliance and operational risk management frameworks
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making
• Proven ability to drive change and implement initiatives for operational efficiency
