Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Risk and Renewals Operations Manager to develop and manage customer renewal and risk management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize renewal journeys by designing and implementing automated renewal paths
• Systematize risk workflows to achieve proactive risk identification prior to renewals
• Manage renewal planning rhythms and improve forecasting predictability for renewals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Renewals Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Risk Management in an Enterprise SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex commercial policies into streamlined system workflows
• Strong understanding of SaaS contract mechanics
• Ability to leverage retention data for diagnosing root causes of cancellations and downgrades
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales
