Senior Risk Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Risk & Renewal Operations Manager to develop and manage customer renewal and risk management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize renewal journeys by designing and implementing automated renewal paths
• Systematize risk workflows to enable proactive risk identification prior to renewals
• Manage renewal planning rhythms and improve forecasting predictability through data aggregation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Renewals Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Risk Management in an Enterprise SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex commercial policies into streamlined workflows
• Strong understanding of SaaS contract mechanics
• Experience leveraging retention data to design mitigations for cancellations and downgrades
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Sales
