Senior Risk Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Risk Management division's strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Risk Portfolio Manager will develop and execute portfolio plans, manage vendor relationships, and build operating frameworks to enhance efficiency through AI tooling, all while collaborating with senior leadership in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic portfolio plans across the Risk Management division, managing end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs
• Build and maintain operating frameworks that support risk strategic initiatives, including the deployment of AI tooling to improve team efficiency
• Own third-party vendor relationships, ensuring they deliver measurable value to risk management programs through effective contract negotiation and performance evaluation

Required qualifications:

• 8 or more years of experience in risk management, portfolio analytics, program management, or a related field within financial services or fintech
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with clear ownership over scope, timelines, deliverables, and budget
• Hands-on experience managing third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and ROI tracking
• Strong working knowledge of payment products and risk management principles across credit, fraud, and reputational risk domains
• Experience building and leading teams, with a track record of developing analysts and managers through coaching and structured feedback
