Senior Risk Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls Program Manager for Incident Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a First Line Incident Management Governance Program supporting all business units within ET&O
• Maintain a deep understanding of the business environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess external impacts on risk management
• Support regulatory inquiries and maintain risk reporting frameworks for senior management insights into risk profiles and activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk, OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the same fields
• Preferred area of study in Finance or Risk Management
• Preferred experience in Incident Management within the financial industry
• Preferred certifications such as CRCM, CERP, CCIM, CISM, or GCIP
