Senior Risk Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Risk & Quality Performance Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to improve Risk/Quality outcomes through data collection, analytics, and reporting
• Manage program delivery, ensuring alignment with goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proactively communicate risks and issues to stakeholders while managing complex assignments and project updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality
• 4+ years of experience with HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems
• Experience with data analysis and running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server
• Significant healthcare experience with strong knowledge of risk adjustment and quality
