Job Summary
Serving as a strategic thought partner, the full-time Senior Risk Transformation Advisor will drive the design, assessment, and modernization of enterprise controls while working remotely, focusing on analyzing emerging risks and advising leadership on control enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide critical thought leadership to support the organization's goal of strengthening enterprise controls
- Analyze industry trends and regulatory expectations to advise on necessary control changes and enhancements
- Lead assessments and optimizations of operational controls, increasing automation and reducing manual intervention
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in risk management or internal controls within the financial services industry
- 3+ years of experience leading controls/process transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to perform independent evaluations of control design and operating effectiveness
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation materials
