Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Underwriter specializing in Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit comprehensive underwriting packages for workers' compensation coverage for PEO clients
• Ensure accurate assignment of workers' compensation class codes based on client operations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage daily employee underwriting processes and collaborate with internal teams for accurate risk profiling

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation risk and underwriting, preferably in a PEO or insurance company
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation, OSHA regulations, and claims reporting procedures
• Deep knowledge of PrismHR configuration and troubleshooting from a workers' comp perspective preferred
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
