Senior Robotics Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the robotics platform layer across both product lines, the remote Senior Robotics Platform Engineer will manage the ROS2 and Zenoh communications layer, maintain Docker container infrastructure, and develop diagnostics tooling for real-world applications in warehouse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ROS2 communications and middleware layer, including Zenoh-based comms and system integration
• Maintain and evolve Docker containers for reliable and consistent software deployment
• Build diagnostics and observability tooling to monitor the health of the communications layer and services

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with robotics systems, such as drones or autonomous vehicles
• Deep expertise in ROS2, including middleware and system integration
• Production experience with Docker containers in robotics or embedded contexts
• Strong background in observability and diagnostics for distributed systems
• Self-sufficient and proactive in identifying and driving solutions
