• Process ROI requests accurately and in a timely manner according to established procedures
• Validate requests and authorizations for medical record releases in compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years' ROI fulfillment experience or 3 years' external ROI experience required
• Advanced knowledge of multiple EMR platforms and ROI request types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality performance standards
