Senior ROI Medical Records Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. ROI Medical Records Specialist for a remote night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information (ROI) requests accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Validate requests and authorizations for medical record releases and perform quality checks on all work
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years' ROI fulfillment experience or 3 years' external ROI experience required
• Advanced knowledge of multiple EMR platforms and ROI request types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity and quality standards
