Job Summary

Managing complex roster management workflows, the full-time Senior Roster Administrator will handle provider roster creation and compliance for multiple payer contracts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage complex provider roster creation, submission, and record reconciliation, ensuring compliance and database accuracy
  • Oversee resolution of moderate-scope issues, prioritizing tasks and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Serve as the main contact for roster inquiries, collaborating with internal teams and external payers to communicate project updates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with payer/provider operations processes
  • Proven track record of identifying and resolving data discrepancies to ensure accuracy
  • Intermediate skills in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with CRM/Salesforce technology
