Senior RPA Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior RPA Architect to manage production agentic automation on UiPath, focusing on document intelligence and integration resilience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement agentic automation solutions, ensuring dynamic exception routing and handling of unstructured inputs
• Develop document classification and extraction processes, validating critical fields before processing
• Ensure system write-back accuracy and maintain resilience against UI changes and session interruptions

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience with UiPath and production-level agentic automation
• Strong understanding of document intelligence, including confidence-threshold handling
• Experience in a healthcare domain with knowledge of compliance-sensitive environments
• Ability to manage workstreams end-to-end with minimal direction
• Successful completion of a live technical screen or code walkthrough
