Senior RPA Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior RPA Engineer who will design and implement advanced automations to streamline operations and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex RPA solutions across multiple platforms
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for RPA technologies, particularly UiPath
- Mentor junior engineers and produce high-quality documentation including technical specifications and solution designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on RPA development experience, including leadership in automation projects
- Expert level knowledge of top RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Kofax
- Strong proficiency with programming languages including C/C++, Python, and .NET
- UiPath certifications such as UiRPA or UiARD preferred
