Senior RTE Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior RTE Analyst will collaborate with Patient Access users to design and enhance RTE workflows, lead Epic software upgrade initiatives, and mentor team members on best practices and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve RTE workflows in collaboration with Patient Access users
• Lead medium to large complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives, including design, build, and test phases
• Mentor team members on Epic functionality, workflows, documentation, and change management best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Expertise in RTE implementation, configuration, and maintenance
