Senior RTE Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior RTE Analyst will design, build, and improve RTE workflows while mentoring team members and leading Epic software upgrade initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Patient Access users to enhance RTE workflows
- Provide mentorship on Epic functionality, workflows, and best practices
- Lead medium to large complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives, including design, build, and testing phases
Required qualifications:
- Expertise in RTE implementation and configuration
- Experience in RTE maintenance
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
- Strong background in Epic software
- Familiarity with change management processes
