Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Rails Developer to build and support critical systems for real-time roadside assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives through design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases
• Collaborate with product managers to clarify requirements and communicate solution designs
• Mentor other developers and identify technical opportunities for system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building large-scale web applications
• Highly proficient in Ruby on Rails, including Sidekiq
• In-depth understanding of systems design, API (REST/GraphQL), and data modeling
• Experience with data storage and retrieval systems, particularly Redis, SQL, and Postgres
• CS or Engineering related degree
