A company is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement features in Ruby on Rails, Postgres, GraphQL, and REST
• Address bug fixes and technical debt while focusing on maintainability and performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to internal tooling and processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Sidekiq in a production environment
• Strong understanding of backend fundamentals, including API development and performance debugging
• Must reside and work permanently in the U.S
