Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to lead complex development efforts for web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance software systems
• Lead design discussions and provide architectural guidance for application development
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and participate in incident response and root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5-8 years of experience in software development, preferably with Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with Hotwire, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, RSpec, and FactoryBot
• Advanced experience with Git and SQL optimization
• Experience designing and building APIs and working in Agile development environments
