Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale Ruby on Rails (Rails 8+) APIs
• Design clean, scalable database architectures and manage background processing
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance core product performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and production systems
• Strong experience with Rails 8+ and Ruby 3+
• Hands-on experience with job orchestration tools like Sidekiq or Solid Queue
• Deep understanding of databases, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with healthcare systems (340B / WAC pricing) is a strong plus
