Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ruby On Rails Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain modern web applications with Ruby on Rails and supporting technologies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and ensure successful delivery
• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor junior developers to promote best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly with Ruby on Rails
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications in production environments
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails architecture and performance optimization
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
