Senior Ruby Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ruby Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure
• Contribute to Ruby on Rails monolith and various workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine
• Maintain network paths, handle production incidents, and improve scalability and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, or Python
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Proficiency in managing MySQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and conduct root cause analyses
• Experience in security standards and code review for secure coding practices
