Senior Rust Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to join their Custom Software Development consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Rust with Tokio
• Implement Clean Architecture with CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns
• Build gRPC services and optimize data access layers using SQLx

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend services with Rust and 3+ years in production microservices
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing
• Experience designing gRPC APIs with Tonic and Protocol Buffers
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB and async query toolkits
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and observability tooling
