• 5+ years of professional experience in production Rust for data-intensive applications
• Strong background in memory management and zero-copy deserialization
• Experience integrating Rust with machine learning frameworks
• Ability to commit 20-40 hours per week
• Prior experience with data annotation or evaluation systems is preferred
