Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior RWD Programmer Consultant (contract role- remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of statistical analysis plans for large-scale real-world evidence studies
• Oversee and mentor junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality in their work
• Establish strong relationships with clients, providing strategic insights and guiding decision-making processes

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, or epidemiology, with 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing complex observational research projects in the life sciences or healthcare sector
• Expertise in SAS programming and proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other relevant programming languages
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and experience with health insurance claims data
