Senior RWE Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) studies, the remote Senior RWE Analyst will serve as the scientific lead for observational studies, support regulatory submissions, and mentor team members on RWE methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and communicate RWE studies across the product lifecycle
• Provide RWE expertise for regulatory submissions and agency interactions
• Mentor team members on RWE methodology, analytics, and best practices

Required qualifications

• PhD, MD, ScD, PharmD, or related doctoral degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in observational study design and real-world data sources
• Excellent scientific communication and technical writing skills
• Prior experience in hematology/oncology strongly preferred
• 4+ years of experience within the Biopharmaceutical industry preferred
