Senior RWE Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

Leading complex statistical analyses, the remote Senior RWE Analyst Consultant will oversee the development of statistical analysis plans for large-scale RWE studies, mentor junior analysts, and establish trusted relationships with clients to provide strategic insights and improve research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for large-scale real-world evidence (RWE) studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Oversee and mentor junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality in their work while optimizing RWD analytics workflows
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic insights based on data findings and guiding decision-making processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or consultancy role
• Proven track record in managing complex observational research projects in the life sciences or healthcare sector
• Expertise in SAS programming and advanced proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other relevant programming languages
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, health insurance claims data, and electronic medical records (EMR)
