Senior RWE Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior RWE (Real World Evidence) Operations Analyst to support observational research studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of observational research studies within time, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate project tasks, documentation, and generate project-level reporting for stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training related to observational research to cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is desirable
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training
• Understanding of observational research methodologies and principles
• Ability to function autonomously and develop cross-functional collaborations
• Experience with project tracking tools like Smartsheet is preferred
