Senior SaaS Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior SaaS Configuration Specialist, the full-time remote position will lead the design and implementation of complex technical systems solutions for energy efficiency management, while providing senior-level consulting and mentoring junior analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management and clean energy technologies
• Conduct in-depth analysis to develop tailored solutions based on customer business drivers and objectives
• Oversee the full life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices

Required qualifications

• Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or an MBA with a Technology Management focus
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems development, specializing in energy efficiency management systems
• Extensive hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and implement complex energy data solutions for clients
• Experience in guiding teams and managing projects effectively
