Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SaaS Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise SaaS platforms, including configuration, access controls, and integration
• Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis
• Develop technical documentation and identify improvements to reduce recurring issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID
• Experience in end-to-end ownership of SaaS applications
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Availability to support East Coast business hours
