Senior SaaS Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SaaS Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for all enterprise SaaS platforms, managing configurations, access controls, and integrations
• Act as the final escalation point for complex issues and lead root cause analysis for high-impact incidents
• Develop technical documentation and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SaaS platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID
• Experience owning SaaS applications end to end, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms
• Availability to support East Coast business hours
