Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior SaaS Project Manager who will be responsible for managing complex initiatives, driving process improvement, and providing leadership and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of complex initiatives, including project scope, resources, risks, issues, budget, and timelines
- Leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives and creates best practices
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, updates senior executives on progress, and manages project risks and conflicts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in Project/Program Management, with 3 years in a SaaS organization
- Strong facilitation and consultative skills
- Strong business process improvement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a remote/hybrid work environment
