Senior Safety Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Senior Safety Manager, this full-time position can be based in Provo, Utah, or remotely, and is responsible for designing and implementing safety programs to reduce auto incidents and workers' compensation injuries within a route-based service environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the telematics program to monitor and improve high-risk driving behaviors
• Develop and enhance safety training programs, including advanced defensive driving techniques and "behind-the-wheel" evaluations
• Analyze safety KPIs and prepare executive-level dashboards to visualize the ROI of safety initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Fleet Safety Director (CFSD) preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in a field service industry
• Deep expertise in safety management and fleet risk mitigation strategies
• Proficiency in telematics platforms and data analysis to drive actionable insights
