Senior Safety Specialist

Job Summary

To support Pinterest's growth, the full-time Senior Safety Specialist will manage and evolve Spam enforcement guidelines, monitor vendor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective platform integrity, while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Spam enforcement guidelines based on policy intent and operational signals
• Monitor KPIs for Spam workflows and lead recovery plans with Quality, Training, and Vendor Management
• Act as the primary contact for cross-functional partners on Spam enforcement, providing guidance and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in tech, specifically in enforcement and/or Spam management
• Proven experience in leading operational programs, including goal setting and KPI monitoring
• Significant experience with outsourcing and managing vendor relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
