Senior SailPoint Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance client SailPoint ISC/IIQ programs, the full-time Senior SailPoint Engineer will manage escalations, stabilize production, and drive enhancements while working remotely from anywhere in the continental U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize identity lifecycle processes, access requests, and certifications
• Monitor and resolve provisioning failures and campaign anomalies while tuning schedules
• Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM operations/consulting experience, with at least 2 years in SailPoint IIQ and ISC
• Recent hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC/IDP in a production environment
• Proven ownership of aggregations, provisioning, and workflow tuning in large environments
• Familiarity with Entra ID/AD and common SaaS targets from an IIQ connector perspective
• Basic scripting skills for operations automation (PowerShell or Python) preferred
