Job Summary
Driving revenue growth in a full-time capacity, the Senior Sales Account Executive will sell call handling solutions and emergency communications technology to government agencies and public safety organizations while managing complex sales cycles and building trusted customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by selling solutions to state and local government agencies and emergency communications centers
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with public safety leadership and serve as a trusted advisor for modernizing emergency communications infrastructure
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, and contract negotiations, while navigating government procurement processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in Public Safety Solutions, Call Center Solutions, or Cloud PBX
- 2+ years of experience in 9-1-1 or public safety environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with knowledge of public safety operations and funding mechanisms
