Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development and retention of new key strategic accounts in major retail channels
- Manage third-party distribution partners and oversee retail program logistics
- Optimize major retail P&L and collaborate with internal resources to maximize opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of major account sales management experience with major retailers
- Experience with multiple distribution partners and contract negotiations
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Established relationships with retailers and knowledge of their internal systems
- Experience with retail analytics, forecasting, and inventory management tools
