Job Summary
Senior Sales Administrator, responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for a full-time position focused on the Salesforce ecosystem, engaging with customers, and leading product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across multiple product lines
- Engage with Fortune 500 customers to understand their Salesforce-related pain points
- Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering for timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with 3 years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and deployment models
- Proven track record of delivering products adopted by enterprise customers
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance tooling preferred
- Hands-on executor with experience in writing PRDs and conducting customer interviews
