Working in Bentonville, AR, the full-time Senior Sales Analyst will drive digital growth for the Mars Pet Nutrition portfolio by optimizing content strategies, building operational tools, and conducting ad-hoc analyses to enhance digital performance on Walmart platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize the end-to-end content process and strategy for Mars Pet Nutrition brands to enhance digital shelf presence on Walmart
- Build digital scorecards using Excel and PowerBI to track sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to the team
- Conduct analytical deep-dives using various data sources to identify competitive dynamics and digital growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of CPG experience in eCommerce, data analytics, sales, or category management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven analytical skills driven by curiosity and problem-solving
- Experience building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders
