Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance tracking and reporting for the sales team to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and deliver reports and analyses using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Tableau, and PowerBI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting systems and support major projects

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM
• Experience handling large data sets and business reports
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Tableau, PowerBI, and MS Office products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or a related field (preferred)
• Certified SFDC Administrator designation or working towards Advanced Admin Certification
