Senior Sales and Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales & Operational Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the demand & supply planning model while iterating on assumptions and analysis
• Drive cross-functional alignment around forecasts and oversee production & inbound plans across multiple manufacturers and distribution centers
• Optimize inventory positions and lead weekly inventory planning processes, collaborating with Procurement and Supply Chain

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, demand planning, or related roles
• Proficiency in demand planning tools and inventory management systems
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on process development
• Degree in Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a math-related field is a plus
