Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Associate who is a high-performing, commission-driven seller capable of closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to close prospects on the first conversation
• Respond to inbound inquiries and manage the full sales cycle from consultation to enrollment
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining deep product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, primarily phone-based
• Proven success in closing DTC sales in health, wellness, or fitness
• Strong track record of meeting quotas in fast-paced environments
• Experience in a startup environment or comfort with rapid change
• Understanding of sales strategy and performance metrics
