Senior Sales Associate

Job Summary

Driven to achieve individual goals while mentoring peers, the full-time Senior Sales Associate will manage pre-qualified live call transfers, guiding prospective clients through the sales cycle and addressing their online marketing needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and manage 10-15 pre-qualified call transfers daily
• Build rapport with prospects and follow up on pipeline leads via phone and email
• Mentor peers and sales associates to help achieve team objectives

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales closer position (inside sales, telesales, or SAAS)
• 1+ years of experience working in a remote environment
• Proven success in closing accounts and achieving sales targets
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Understanding of online advertising sales and current trends in the industry
