Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate sales compensation and goal data to suggest and validate process improvements
  • Develop data models and perform analysis to track incentive plan and goal performance
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to share insights and execute sales governance processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Math, Finance, or related fields
  • 2+ years of work experience in a B2C or B2B industry
  • Background in analytics with experience in business metrics
  • Proficiency in database management tools such as Excel, Access, and experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python
  • Experience in developing strategies for revenue and share growth
