Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the end-to-end process of calculating variable earnings for the revenue organization
  • Maintain monthly performance data to investigate commission discrepancies or payout inquiries
  • Support the revenue organization in a GTM strategy and operations capacity by collaborating with Sales leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales commission processing or related role
  • Understanding of how sales incentive plans are calculated and ability to recalculate formulas as needed
  • Experience executing the commissions process for various sales roles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and commission tools; QuotaPath experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and driving strategic projects
