Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Sales Compensation Insights, Automation, & Design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance and compensation data to derive insights and optimize plan design
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure compliance of compensation programs and support the design and deployment of compensation plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in large data sets and advanced Excel
  • Understanding of sales compensation principles and incentive plan design
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred
