Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Sales Compensation Insights, Automation, & Design.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance and compensation data to derive insights and optimize plan design
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
Ensure compliance of compensation programs and support the design and deployment of compensation plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
4-6 years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations
Strong analytical skills with experience in large data sets and advanced Excel
Understanding of sales compensation principles and incentive plan design
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred
