Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to ensure accurate execution of sales compensation plans and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer sales compensation plans, ensuring timely Xactly setup and attainment reconciliations
  • Identify operational issues and collaborate with stakeholders to develop process improvements
  • Support accruals, ad hoc reporting, and respond to employee inquiries regarding commissions and policies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales compensation experience
  • Xactly administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply compensation policies for accuracy and compliance
