Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Co-manages sales incentive plans and processes for North America and UK
- Acts as the primary liaison for incentive-related inquiries and coordinates with various departments for accurate incentive payments
- Provides customized reporting and analysis to support the Director of Sales Compensation
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a commissions analyst, preferably in sales compensation
- Experience with sales operations or finance organizations
- Advanced skills in complex spreadsheets and applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with commission analysis tools is preferred
- Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and ownership
