Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Commissions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manages sales incentive plans and processes for North America and UK
  • Acts as the primary liaison for incentive-related inquiries and coordinates with various departments for accurate incentive payments
  • Provides customized reporting and analysis to support the Director of Sales Compensation
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience as a commissions analyst, preferably in sales compensation
  • Experience with sales operations or finance organizations
  • Advanced skills in complex spreadsheets and applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience with commission analysis tools is preferred
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and ownership
